My affirmation for today

“In this moment, right now, I release all judgments about myself. Organically, innately, I feel my worthiness flowing throughout my body. I wrap myself in a blanket of approval, a kindly embrace, a self soothing hug.”

Say out loud because it engages more of the mind.

Repeat ten times while recording for effortless playback.

Relax about goals and results, focus and enjoy the activity.

Say it slow with conviction, emotion.

Use the bathroom mirror to look yourself in the eye as you repeat this affirmation ten times.

How does it feel?

For me, it felt uncomfortable at first.

Nothing comes easy on this journey.
