PTSD – A Way Out.com A mindful way to heal

This blog, well me really, has invited guest authors to post their ideas, challenges or insights to break the grip of my long monologue.  Relief is on the way.  I want to offer the same invitation to post something vital to you. We all learn from our experience and insight.  My hope is that this blog survives me.  Maybe one of these authors will assume the helm.It was started with a Zen slant of loving kindness offered without any expectations.  The resource assembled can assist many who want to have a calm, tranquil night, without worry or thought about anything else but now.  Vacations are like that correct. We slave looking forward to those two week vacation, searching for paradise.

It is not in Hawaii or the French Riveira or the Hamptoms, it is inside you and me.  It is not a geographical location but it is our ultimate destination.

In time we will have an introduction and description of these gracious contributors.  this is a one horse operation with dashes of mental instability at work, diligently at least.
