Were you angry, numb, afraid, fearful, anxious, triggered or confused?

What relationship do you have with regret?

With Failure?

With guilt?

With being perfect?

With needing approval?

With feeling worthless?

with feeling at peace

I have rarely felt at peace, failure or the risk of failure seemed omnipotent.

How about you?

I have been numb mostly for 5 days. The invasion of Ukraine pulled survival triggers. Looking back, I think I mostly disassociated, and watched, ready to go for cover. Regret is a really big one, I have stored many of those memories, and those all feel like a punch in the gut. Thank you Marty.

    I am not alone

I avoid the homeless and suffering, I am afraid it will be me

How can u explain that deep feeling to anyone

I think we share many emotions

Worthlessness, Fear, and Anger are lasting pillars of abuse. When anyone of those become too much, dissociation and depression follow.

  7. I would suggest dissociation starts before worthlessness fear or anger

    Depression may follow
