There is some relief in the knowledge that I cannot go on as before. In essence, it means that there will also be an end to the traumatic incident(s). The biggest issue is HOW will one learn to move forward from this place and time. Self work, tremendous grit, and an intense desire to live differently must sustain in the absence of friends and family.
