Use the space you developed meditating, make a choice to not react.
Can you let a criticism die a quick death by smiling and letting it go.
Let them own that criticism, it reflects on them, not you.
Try to stay calm for a couple of weeks.
Resist grasping negative emotions.
Practice, improve, fight for your life.
