Not Reacting takes practice

Apply your mindfulness practice by refusing to get angry, sad, frustrated, worried or depressed.

Use the space you developed meditating, make a choice to not react.

Can you let a criticism die a quick death by smiling and letting it go.

Let them own that criticism, it reflects on them, not you.

Try to stay calm for a couple of weeks.

Resist grasping negative emotions.

Practice, improve, fight for your life.

  1. There is such a power in non-reactive ness; to see the person from where they stand. It’s a high level of emotional maturity. 🌻🌻

  2. Exactly
    Thanks for your insight
