Most of my healing or growth came when thought was absent, emotions were silent, and focus was intense.
Healing moments for me were not cognitive or external, more intuitive and internal.
Being able to observe thoughts and emotions from a distance, changed their importance, then cut off the attention needed to survive.
These thoughts and emotions faded quickly without my ‘Egos’ energy.
We do not fight with the noise or engage it, we observe what we see, hear, smell and touch.
The ability to go below thought, thinking, breaks the flow of energy needed to keep anxiety and fear alive.
Trauma needs attention, time spent ruminating in the past or worrying about the future.
When has your healing happened?
Mine was subtle at first, I missed the earliest stages of my healing.
