When we are planning, we direct our thought with a present awareness.
After planning is done, we try to experience life fully, moving from current moment to the next without baggage.
We do not live for the future, happiness does not exist in the future, only in this moment.
Our goal is not to constantly think, even if it is complex and earth shattering.
My thoughts are very seldom complex and never earth shattering.
I enjoy more well-being because I discarded many judgments and many, many more emotional thoughts.
I try to let thought go, then observe life intently.
I have not found happiness in complex thought or emotions.
Emotions come and go without warning.
We all need to think less. Go on a thought fast.
