Thinking is a double edge sword.
* Directed thought is fabulous, rewarding and a great discipline. We have awareness, and a purpose in the present moment. Directed thought has an opportunity to let the negative things go. When we are present we have a choice, whether to engage or release any thought.
* Undirected, Wandering or Ruminating (Dissociative) thought brings suffering. This is default mode, focusing our 60,000 daily thoughts on our unworthiness. Our mind becomes our constant agitator. Worry, doubt, anxiety and fear ride the flood of judgments we grasp.
