What is your job?  

What do you need me to hear? 

What do you need?




Ask our past selves, childhood selves, adolescent selves these questions.




How do you feel?  

Why do you feel like that? 

Is there anything I can do to help you?  

What are you doing to keep yourself safe?  

Is there anything you want to tell me about what I should do to stay safe?




Listen with compassionate ears and drench yourself in happiness, kindness, support, loyalty and love.
