“The fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself.”

Paulo Coelho
If our focus is filled with worry, we are closed, rigid to those we meet.

Danger occupies space in our consciousness.

That space could be used to be present, in the moment, empty of thought, available to live life fully.

Instead of being free, present and open, worry connects us with past thought.

    Full of worry and angst.

Need to release and live in the present.

A piece of my heart is missing!

  2. When I am full of crap, I take out my gratitude list and then look to give to a stranger.

Also love yourself, loving kindness turned inward.

In this moment, right now, I accept all of me.
