My two cents: Non-duality points out that our ego is created, it is not real, it is a mirage.

If you follow an “I”, me, or mine thought backwards, it is a dead end.

The “ego” does not search for happiness or attain it.

In fact the “ego” traps us in the past or future with thoughts, judgment, and emotion.

The “Ego” is not bad however it needs balance and perspective.
