A much different reaction unfolds for irrational, abstract fear, or past traumatic memories. We rarely face irrational fear, abstract memories of the past without therapy or mindfulness.

Every time we flee, avoid irrational fear it grows, becomes more powerful. The path towards triggers exploding develops into a freeway.

Every time an irrational fear, an implicit memory is grasped, we lose and suffering grows.

We heal and find happiness

by not thinking,

by not judging,

by not avoiding,

by not dissociating.

Make it a priority to let go, to be present, aware and the shift will happen.
Fear contains no fear in it, it is storyline, our thoughts, what we are afraid of, like rejections, criticism, failure, losing, worrying about bills, the future , what ifs over and over
