In the end it comes down to our thoughts and fear!

Mindfulness has a solution for both. Thoughts can be let go when our focus reaches a certain intensity.

Fear can be our friend.

There is no fear inside the fear mechanism itself, the adrenal stress response. We add the scary part with a storyline, then attach strong negative emotions.

Most of our fear is irrational, therefore worthless, harmful and a large thief of our time needed to pursue happiness.

PTSD will collapse if we can stay present when a triggers erupts violently.
*

PTSD can not play defense.
*
*
PTSD collapses, loses its
Power, loses its ability to scare us, then fades.
*
*
Fear is only a mechanism to protect us, to enable us to fight, flee or freeze in a dangerous situation.
*
*
Fear does not harm us, it is our reaction to fear that does damage.
*
*
Sit today and become friends with your fear!
