Find some from of exercise you LIKE! If you love music, put on your headphones and power walk, or use treadmill. Dance. This will make the experience enjoyable and not seem like an extra effort – a job. You will start to love the time you spend with this activity and reap the rewards with mindfulness, fitness and overall sense of well being.
Body, Mind and Spirit.
