The left brain is a computer, infinitely more literal, like a computer without benefit of wisdom, emotion, timing, or any sense of our well being, would be expected to be cold, callous, brutal, possessive, always wanting.

Say, mention, entertain any thought, and the computer tries to make that as real as possible with past examples.

You will become what you think, what you say, when the ego is directing your being.

Action needs to follow knowledge, wisdom or air becomes their graveyard.

Example: “I am afraid of failure and know my flaws go to my core.”

Holy Moly, bat man.

We have summoned an ego that will search its memory banks to bring this to life, to reinforce through examples of past failures and unworthiness.

Life is going to feel helpless, soon, suffering will grow and a life is wasted thinking, thinking of impermanent, worthless crap.
.
We occupy our waking moments with BS, chatter, impermanent, longing desires or feelings of loss and wonder why happy or peace of mind never visits.
.
The ego, left brain, is a computer, garbage in/ garbage out, not the holy grail to follow and think about.

The ego is a grain of sand, the real you, the non dualistic center, your soul is just present and the same for us everyday, waiting patiently for us, to come visit, it is the beach, it is who we are.
