Look at the urgency, the miracle that actually breathes itself without our cognitive participation.

The breath ties the mind, body and spirit together. It can fire the sympathetic nervous system or activate the brakes, our parasympathetic nervous system.

Maybe the breath is more important, contains much more power than any psychologist or therapist ever imagined.

Take short quick breathes and hyperventilate or take slow focused breathes, equal pauses and see the mind and body balance and the ego fade.

So much power to bring us to this moment, to the place where life expands.

Meditate and heal, grow, deepen, find “you” along the way, your inner world, the inner mechanisms.
