Amygdala, with its inherent bias, can lay a bad rap on emotions!!!

So once again we flow through the amygdala, with its inherent negative bias, which could give emotions a bad rap.
.
PTSD starts in the amygdala with stored trauma influencing emotions, feelings and attitude.
.
How do we overcome the negative bias?
.
We use mindfulness to let go of the negative bias, to let judgement one way or another fade.
.
We recite positive affirmations to tilt the brains axis toward the positive.
.
We see emotions being small, as the ego, compared to the expansive right side of the mind, our true self, a land where judgments have never survived.
.
Use mindfulness to examine emotions, to know emotions, to know the physical sensations, the place where an emotion settles in the body.
.
What circumstances bring negative emotions forward?
