Knowledge rests not upon truth alone, but upon error also. — CARL G. JUNG!!

.
It took me a while to see this illusion of sorts in the picture. check out the other swimmers.
.
.
Mistakes, sadness, suffering, success, etc., are all part of life we all experience.
.
A large change happens for those who accept life,,suffering and joy as how it should be, rather that seeing a problem, something we need to escape from or change.
.
That is a colossal waste of energy upon which this suffering will grow with all the attention and time invested thinking about it.
.
When we bring daily awareness into our life, distractions become fewer with much less time spent thinking about them.
.
What fires together wires together, stay present and life will grow and expand, dissociate and life will shrink.
.
The ability to be able to laugh at our mistakes, accept we are flawed but perfect as a true self can be built with daily practice.
.
Approval or disapproval does not touch our center, our spirit, who we really are, relax, we are exactly where we should be, accept, surrender to it. Trust.

  1. This is the key to that post, it hinges on action,

The ability to be able to laugh at our mistakes, accept we are flawed but perfect as a true self can be built with daily practice.

Can be built by you. Takes daily action, you can try, exert energy, desire to heal and move then you can heal!!!!!!

  2. What gets in the way is when healing is slow, the mind starts chattering and bringing up thoughts of discouragement…. Guess the action to counter this is these words:

What fires together wires together, stay present and life will grow and expand, dissociate and life will shrink.

I needed this affirmation today. Could not come at a better time.

  4. Suflight, let the judging about healing go, slow, fast, does not matter, not judging is the key.

Judge your amount of effort and let the healing just be. It works better this way.

Nice this post helped Jennifer! excellent
