The mind works better with smaller, concrete, active exercises, practiced daily.

Focus practice on the breathing track is a small, concrete, active exercise.

It only takes five or six breaths of focus to out last a trigger thought.

The mind can focus and repetitively practice on our inhales, exhales and pauses of the breath, like it is a symphonic masterpiece.

Great power exists inside this meditative practice, amazing changes, peaceful moments, happiness, joy.
