Surrender to fear, doubt and worry and heal, open your heart up like a butterfly net, catching frightful thoughts.
.
Overcome nothing, just be here, present to observe the crap of life.
.
Build focus, concentration, become one with the ever present breath.
.
Train the mind, clear out the clutter by letting it fade into oblivion, naturally.
.
The mind is wonderfully complex but training it is very, very simple.
.
Affirmations for our self image and focus on the breath for directing attention to now is the formula.
.
Simple if repeated daily without goals except all out effort and awareness.
.
happy healing and good luck on this journey.

I appreciate your writing. I have been doing this and you are so right.
I was able to heal myself after a long struggle with an eating disorder- which I was thought I had to fight. But it was this other way that allowed me to begin to heal deeply.
I haven’t ever reblogged, but I would love to share this on my site if that would be ok.
I say that I have stopped fighting the eating disorder voice and I know it sounds crazy to those who were also taught to fight it.

Everything here is free, offered in a loving kindness way, expecting no reward.
I am happy you find my information speaks to you.
