Decisions??? Do we move, take action or avoid altogether!!

The longer trauma resides in an active stage, the more powerful symptoms become. Avoidance fuels hupervigilance, setting up an overly sensitive nervous system.
.
We become adept at spotting danger, in fact we invent danger from our own fears. No real danger existed in my fears, triggers, or thoughts.
.
I would be dead because I sat with them everyday, observing from a distance. Soon they lost emotion, energy, importance.
.
Thoughts are air without action. just because a thought appears in our consciousness, does not mean we are responsible for it. Things appear out of nowhere sometimes.
.
Our goal is to let these thoughts charged with negative emotion fade.
.
practice when fear grips you, anxiety explodes inside you, or uncomfortable arrives.
.
Do not try to escape but envelope around the body sensation and the breath.
.
let thought fade and focus replace it. hear your breath slow down.
.
Relax, sit quietly and learn the inner world.
.
practice, heal!!!!!L!L

    And embrace the positive emotions! Feel them throughout your body mind and spirit. Wrap your arms around them.

  2. Learn to be with fear, terror, uncomfortable, unworthy etc and positive happens naturally in this moment more often.
