Donate Your Worry, Dissociative States Today

We are currently collecting all the worry about what may happen in the future.
We also rented a dissociation shredder.  Bring your disassociated states today. We’ll shred them. Shredding is fun!
Our mindfulness practice eats cortisol, so please bring your cortisol also.
